7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.

• The 30-calendar-day return deadline
• The requirement that both the return request and carrier scan occur within the required timeframe
• Store credit eligibility for returns scanned between 31–40 calendar days
• Non-eligibility for returns scanned after 40 calendar days
• The requirement to notify us within 5 calendar days for damaged or incorrect items
• Customer responsibility for return shipping (unless due to our error)
• Reshipment invoice requirements
• The 14-calendar-day abandonment provision for unpaid reshipment invoices
• Unauthorized return handling
