We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if inaccuracies are discovered.
3. Sizing & Fit Disclaimer
Sizing may vary by brand and style. Customers are responsible for reviewing size guides before purchase.
Tus Botas is not responsible for fit issues if the correct size and item were shipped as ordered.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized resale
If your order is canceled after payment is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Tus Botas is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy, including but not limited to:
- The 30-calendar-day return deadline
- The requirement that both the return request and carrier scan occur within the required timeframe
- Store credit eligibility for returns scanned between 31–40 calendar days
- Non-eligibility for returns scanned after 40 calendar days
- The requirement to notify us within 5 calendar days for damaged or incorrect items
- Customer responsibility for return shipping (unless due to our error)
- Reshipment invoice requirements
- The 14-calendar-day abandonment provision for unpaid reshipment invoices
- Unauthorized return handling
Tus Botas reserves the right to deny refunds, exchanges, or credits that do not comply with the Return & Refund Policy.
8. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional codes:
- Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- May be modified or canceled at any time
- May exclude certain products
We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotional codes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including logos, product images, graphics, text, and design—is the property of Tus Botas and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tus Botas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

- Purchase or use of products
- Shipping delays
- Product inaccuracies
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
11. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold orders suspected of fraud or abuse.
We may request additional verification for certain transactions.
Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in restriction of future purchases.
