Shipping policy

At Tus Botas, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review the information below regarding processing, delivery, and carrier responsibility.

 

Order Processing Time

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

 

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.

 

During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, transit times and delivery dates are determined solely by the shipping carrier.

 

Tus Botas is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

 

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take time to update within their system.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

 

Tus Botas is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses.

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

 

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
  • Reshipment may require payment prior to the order being sent again.

 

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

 

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

 

Tus Botas is not responsible for:

 

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

 

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

 

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Verify the shipping address used at checkout

 

We may assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable, but Tus Botas is not responsible for reimbursement of packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

Damaged Shipments

 

If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

 

Please include:

 

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

 

Failure to notify us within 5 calendar days may affect our ability to assist with a carrier claim.

 

Damaged items are subject to review and may require return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

Shipping Availability

 

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

 

If you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will make reasonable efforts to help, changes cannot be guaranteed.
